Moving from observation to execution, this project combined mixed-methods research—including heuristic analysis and stakeholder workshops—to solve complex mobile checkout friction. The result was a 24% increase in unaided task completion and a significant lift in the e-commerce store's bottom line.
FRTB Reports Portal.

Due to new regulations, bank employees needed a unified portal to simplify data overview. They needed to deliver FRTB(Fundamental Review of the Trading Book) reports, but no solution was available to display the data effectively.
